  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes. All of our services are insured and professional are qualified in the specific work field.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all forms of payment; cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, e-pay.

    Attached to your invoice will be link options for payment.

  • Is there a cancellation policy?

    We do ask for at least a 24 hour notice for any cancelation/rescheduling depending on service.

    Cancelation Fee of $50 if less than 24 hours.

  • How long will my project take?

    Depending on the scope and complexity of your project we try to give you a rough deadline which we will communicate and update as needed.

  • Who will be overseeing the project?

    In every specific area of the project or service, there will be a supervisor whom will be in communication with the team and client. As well as giving updates to both sides as requested.

  • Who should I contact for follow-up services or repairs?

    Our goal is to leave the customer satisfied at the of our service. You can reach back out to us for any follow-up or questions you may have.
